FOI002812 FOI Planning

Despite exhaustive searching I cannot find if the bellway application for 225 plus homes on the lower mount farm site in Cookham (planning applications 23/2019 and 23/2022) have now been approved.

There is reference to them being approved by committee on 17.11.25, however no Maidenhead Development Management Committee took place on this date. The Nov 2025 meeting took place on 20.11.25 and has no record of either application/decision.

please can you advise:

1 - If either/both application(s) have been approved

2 - If so the names of the councillors who voted in favour of the development and which voted against. and who abstained/did not show up
