Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information relating to the Oakbridge / Windsor Day Centre site:

1. Copies of any letters, emails, invitations, expressions of interest requests, marketing documents, information memoranda, or other communications issued by the Council to any organisation, body, or individual regarding the potential disposal, lease, sale, redevelopment, or future use of the Oakbridge / Windsor Day Centre site.

2. A list of organisations, bodies, community groups, charities, faith organisations, developers, or other parties contacted by the Council regarding the potential disposal, redevelopment, lease, or sale of the Oakbridge / Windsor Day Centre site.

3. Copies of any correspondence sent by the Council informing organisations, community groups, schools, charities, faith organisations, or other bodies — such as, but not limited to, the Windsor Muslim Association — of the Section 95 Notice of Intended Disposal or inviting them to express interest in acquiring, leasing, redeveloping, or otherwise using the Oakbridge / Windsor Day Centre site.

4. Details of any steps taken by the Council to publicise or circulate information about the potential disposal or future use of the Oakbridge / Windsor Day Centre site beyond the statutory ACV notice requirements.

5. The date on which any invitations for expressions of interest, bids, proposals, or similar communications regarding the potential disposal or redevelopment of the site were first issued.

6. The number of expressions of interest or bids received by the Council to date in relation to the Oakbridge / Windsor Day Centre site.

7. Please provide the date of the earliest recorded communication between the Council and any external organisation, group, or body regarding the potential acquisition, lease, redevelopment, or future use of the Oakbridge / Windsor Day Centre site.

For the purposes of this request, “communications” includes correspondence held in Council email systems, officer records, or other Council-held records relating to contact with external organisations regarding the Oakbridge / Windsor Day Centre site.
