I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide the information below for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM).

1.    Windsor Leisure Centre concessions for refugees/resettlement cohorts
a) Please confirm whether Windsor Leisure Centre offers any free-entry, free-membership, or discounted-access scheme available specifically to:
i) refugees,
ii) people resettled under UK government resettlement routes, or
iii) asylum seekers.
b) If yes, please provide the scheme name(s), start date, and whether it is ongoing.
c) Please provide the eligibility criteria and what evidence is required.
d) Please provide what the concession provides (free access/discount type), the duration, and any limits.

2.    Council-held documents relating to those concessions
a) Please provide the policy document(s), decision record(s), and any concession matrix/price list held by RBWM that authorise or describe the concessions in section 1.
b) If an external operator delivers leisure services, please provide the parts of the contract/specification (or agreed policies) held by RBWM that relate to concessions and free/discounted access for the groups in section 1.

3.    “UK Resettlement Team” costs and funding
For the council function described as “The UK Resettlement Team” (or any successor team/unit delivering refugee or resettlement support):
a) Please provide the total gross cost for the most recent full financial year, plus the current financial year to date.
b) Please provide a high-level breakdown of that cost into staffing and non-staffing (and any further breakdown you already hold without creating new analysis).
c) Please provide the funding source breakdown for the same periods, separating specific government grants (with grant name where held) and any RBWM core funding.

4.    Support to maximise benefit uptake and claims
a) Please confirm whether the Resettlement Team provides, commissions, or funds support intended to help service users identify entitlements, make benefit claims, or challenge benefit decisions.
b) If yes, please provide any council-held policies, guidance, training materials, scripts, standard letters, or referral pathway documents used for this purpose.
c) If any such support is commissioned externally, please provide the provider name(s), contract value(s), and contract term(s for the most recent full financial year and current year to date).
