I am writing to request information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 in relation to the proposed residential development at Grove Park Business Estate (also referred to as Grove Park Industrial Estate), White Waltham.
The Preliminary Risk Assessment and Site Investigation report dated March 2023 (prepared by Aviron Associates) refers to ground investigation works undertaken in 2016. However, I have been unable to locate the standalone 2016 site investigation report on the public planning portal.
Accordingly, I would be grateful if you could provide:
1. A copy of the full standalone 2016 Site Investigation / Ground Investigation report referenced within the March 2023 Preliminary Risk Assessment.
2. A copy of any Phase 2 Site Investigation report (including intrusive investigation, soil and groundwater testing, gas monitoring, quantitative risk assessment, or remediation strategy) that has been submitted to the Council in relation to this site.
3. Confirmation of whether a Phase 2 contaminated land investigation has been submitted and formally approved in discharge of any relevant planning condition.
If any of the requested information is held but not publicly available online, please provide electronic copies. If any part of this request is refused, please specify the exemption relied upon and provide details of the internal review process.
