Follow up of FOI002592
Further to my previous request, I write to make a more specific request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
I request disclosure of all environmental information held by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead relating to the original construction and planning approval of Kingfisher House, Park Lane, Horton, SL3 9PR, circa 1997–2001.
In particular, I request:
1. The original planning application for the construction of Kingfisher House.
2. All officer reports relating to that application.
3. All consultation responses, including (but not limited to):
o The Environment Agency
o Flood Risk / Drainage teams
o Conservation Officers
o Parish Council
4. Any flood risk assessments, buffer zone assessments, drainage re-ports, or environmental assessments submitted or considered.
5. Approved red-line boundary plans and any associated location/site plans.
6. Any planning conditions relating to the adjacent watercourse, planting, screening, buffer zones, or flood mitigation.
7. Any archived or offline documents relating to the above which may not be available on the public planning portal.
If these records pre-date the current online system and are held in archive (paper or digital), please confirm this and provide copies.
