I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide details for the last 12 months relating to pothole repairs within the ward of Sunningdale & Cheapside in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead:
1. The number of occasions where the same pothole was temporarily repaired more than once before receiving a permanent repair.
2. For each such pothole (if this information is held):
- The number of temporary repairs carried out prior to the permanent fix.
- The location (street name is sufficient).
- The dates of each temporary repair and the date of the permanent repair.
3. If the data is not recorded by individual pothole, please provide:
- Any aggregated data or reports held that show repeat temporary repairs to the same defect within the ward.
- An explanation of how pothole repair records are structured and tracked.
If this request exceeds the cost limit under the Act, please advise how it may be refined.
