I would like to request the following information:
1.     The total number of enforcement actions taken by the Council in relation to breaches of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) regulations.
2.     A breakdown of these enforcement actions by year for the last five financial years.
3.     The type of enforcement action taken in each case (for example, penalty charge notices, compliance notices, prosecutions, or other measures).
4.     The total value of any financial penalties issued in relation to EPC breaches over the same period.
5.     The number of EPC breaches identified.
6.     The number of cases that remain open or ongoing.
7.     The contact email address of each department (Weights & Measures) within the local authority responsible for enforcement.
