Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information relating to the Oakbridge Centre (Windsor Day Centre), which is listed as an Asset of Community Value:
1. A copy of any invitation to bid, expression of interest letter, marketing particulars, or other written communication issued to Windsor Muslim Association (or any other prospective bidder) in respect of the proposed disposal of Oakbridge Centre.
2. Any document or written communication issued to prospective bidders which specifies or describes the form of disposal being proposed by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (for example, freehold sale, long leasehold disposal, or other structure).
3. Any internal document or officer report (created prior to or at the time of the Section 95 Notice of Intended Disposal under the Localism Act 2011) recording the intended form of disposal being proposed by RBWM.
