Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information:
1. A copy of the current lease between Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (RBWM) and Jenners Catering Ltd for the premises known as Jenners Café, Riverside Gardens, Maidenhead, including any schedules, annexes, and variations.
2. Confirmation of the lease start and expiry dates.
3. Any information on whether the lease is contracted out of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.
If any parts of the lease contain commercially sensitive information that cannot be released, I would be grateful if the remainder of the document could be provided, and if possible, a redacted copy.
