2. The number of potholes repaired.
3. The number of pothole or road defect complaints received from the public.
4. The number of compensation claims received relating to potholes or road defects, and the number of those claims paid out.
5. The total amount paid out in compensation.
6. The total annual spend on pothole repairs and related reactive maintenance.
7. The total annual highways maintenance budget, and the portion specifically allocated to pothole or carriageway defect repairs, if recorded separately.
For the most recent complete financial year only, please additionally provide:
- The number of potholes recorded broken down by ward.
- A list or dataset of pothole or road defect complaints, including:
• date of complaint
• street name
• ward
• nature of the defect
• outcome/status where recorded.
- A list of the streets or locations with the highest number of recorded potholes or complaints, including the number recorded at each location.
