I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

•    Who is/are your current provider(s) of online and/or digital sexual health services (including online STI testing, results and treatment pathways)?

•    Is your online/digital sexual health service commissioned:
o    As a standalone contract, or
o    As part of an integrated sexual health service contract?
o    Under a block or activity arrangement?

•    What are the contract start and end dates for the online/digital sexual health service, including any extension options or break clauses?

•    What is the total annual contract value (£) for the online and/or digital sexual health service?

•    Please confirm how many sexual health test kits were ordered during 2024 and 2025.

•    Have any contract performance notices, remedial action plans or improvement notices been issued to the current provider(s) of online/digital sexual health services in the last 24 months?

•    Does the current online/digital sexual health service include the following features? 
o   Single digital front door
o   Online triage
o   Automated digital results
o   Digital clinical treatment pathways for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
o   Digital pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)
o   Psychosexual or sexual wellbeing support
o   Assisted-digital or community-based arrangements to support digitally excluded groups to access online sexual health services?

•         Please advise who holds the budget for PrEP i.e., Local Authority or NHS.

•         Is any procurement or recommissioning activity planned for online and/or digital sexual health services within the next 36 months?

•    If yes, what is the anticipated procurement route (e.g. open tender, framework call-off, contract extension, direct award), if known?

•    Which organisation is your current laboratory provider for your in-clinic results?
