I require you to disclose all correspondence from and to Cllr. Hill that relates to the time and date of his changed affiliation from the Local Independent group of councillors to that of the Liberal Democrats.
Further I need sight of all notices sent to the eleven members of the Licencing Panel, advising them of the forthcoming sub-committee and requesting their availability; and their replies.
In addition, I need to see the correspondence, in whatever form, to any of or all eleven eligible members inviting them to the training for this sub-committee and their responses, as well as any prior or subsequent communications regarding either eligibility or availability for this training.
As for the training itself, please disclose all the training products provided. Handouts, briefing notes, slides or Powerpoint presentations and all correspondence from and between RBWM, the instructed barrister and councillors concerning the content, time, place and duration of the training.
