I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I would like to request all data held by your authority relating to all unadopted roads and any associated infrastructure within your local authority area that are over 3 years old. By “unadopted”, I mean any roads, streets, or on site infrastructure (e.g. bridge, retaining structure, architectural features/monuments) that are not currently maintained at public expense by the council, whether or not an adoption agreement exists.
Could you please provide the following information for each unadopted road or related asset by filling in the table below:
