Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following for each of the last 5 years (2020 - 2025).

1. The number of homelessness applications where ‘relationship breakdown’ was recorded as a primary cause.
2. Of these, how many applicants were recorded as previously cohabiting (i.e. not married or in a civil partnership).

If exact figures are not available, please provide the data in the format you hold it.
