FOI002640 FOI Transport, highways and parking

I have contacted the council re the vegetation that is overgrown and encroaching onto our boundary and into the side of the property.

This is a narrow piece of land. However, the highway has advised me that this piece of land has not been adopted by the council. In order for them to send me details so I can send it to my solicitor to find out more about the ownership of this piece of land which may still belong to the developer I need to make this request from you.

Please can you kindly send me the document showing which part belongs to the highway and which part is still private land.
