Whilst this is a crown estate asset being surrender to its owner. RBWM has a responsibility to consult with Equalities groups when making a decision that potentially negatively affects a protected group. E.g. people with disabilities who have blue badges. They dont currently have to pay in these car parks but do in the great park.

Who has been consulted? A list of all groups consulted with on this matter not the conversations will suffice.  e.g. sports groups and interested parties such as the disability inclusion forum.

Has the crown state been asked to maintain the status quo for blue badge holders?
