I am writing to request information about the felling of a protected oak tree at 107-111 Chobham Road, Sunningdale.

I request the following:

A copy of the Tree Protection Order covering the oak tree
A copy of all the documentation under enforcement reference 25/50242/ENF

This should include:
The Enforcement Notice
Any correspondence with the owner of the site
Email exchanges, correspondence, notes of meetings and telephone conversations between the enforcement section and RBWM arboricultural officers.
A copy of the enforcement officer’s report recommending that no action should be taken.
