Follow up of FOI002474 Request details

In my original FOI request I asked for “Copies of any officer reports, decision notices, internal approval forms or committee papers that authorised expenditure or allocation of any part of the £270,000 Re-provision Contribution, particularly any monies already spent/allocated.” These have not been provided – please can you provide these along with the minutes to any and all meetings where the matter of the reprovisioning of squash facilities in the borough have been discussed since closure of The Windsor Club facilities.

Further to section 3b recommendation of the attached RBWM Indoor Sport and Leisure Facility Strategy 2016 - 2021, which states “RBWM will work closely with key local clubs to develop/improve specialist sports facilities to meet local need. Specifically, these include:” – “The Windsor Club - Work with the Windsor Club to find an affordable site at which it can effectively develop health and fitness facilities, squash courts and ancillary social provision to enable it to develop and function as a successful club” – please can you provide copies of minutes for any and all meetings since January 2016 where this subject was discussed.

In addition, RBWM is party to the trust which governs the facilities run by Datchet & Eton Leisure at the Thames Valley Athletics Centre.  In the meeting […] and other Committee Members attended with Cllr Rayner on 14Feb18 (see RBWM minutes attached) she stated that “Cllr Rayner pointed out that RBWM have not closed courts and maintain them at Magnet, Charters and with the Trust at TVAC”.

Given that TVAC has announced that next month they plan to close and repurpose 2 of the 4 squash courts at TVAC, as a further Freedom of Information Request, please can you provide copies of minutes for any and all RBWM meetings where the removal of 2 courts at TVAC have been discussed – I am specifically interested in minutes containing information related to RBWM’s intentions regarding its vote to permit the re-purposing of the 2 courts.
