Please provide details of Section 106 planning obligations for the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead for the following calendar years:

For each of the above years, I request the following information:
The total monetary value of Section 106 contributions received by the Council.
The total monetary value of Section 106 contributions agreed (secured) in signed planning obligations.
A breakdown by infrastructure type, where available (for example: transport, education, open space, affordable housing, healthcare, etc.).
The total amount of Section 106 contributions spent in each year.
If the information is held by financial year rather than calendar year, please provide the closest equivalent and clarify the period covered.
If any part of this request exceeds the appropriate cost limit, I would be grateful if you could provide advice and assistance under Section 16 of the Act to help refine the request.
