I am writing to make a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
I request disclosure of all environmental information held by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead relating to planning, development and environmental matters concerning Kingfisher House, Park Lane, Horton, Slough, SL3 9PR, including but not limited to information relating to the watercourse, flood risk, buffer zones, planting or screening.
This request includes (but is not limited to):
1. All planning applications relating to Kingfisher House
2. All officer reports and internal planning assessments
3. All consultation responses, including those from:
o the Environment Agency
o Conservation Officers
o Parish Council
4.
5. All correspondence (internal and external) relating to the above matters
6. All plans and drawings, including red-line boundary plans and amended layouts
7. Any documents held offline, archived, or not published on the online planning portal
