REQUESTED INFORMATION

A full copy of the RBWM Highways Department JADU/Confirm Software Report for Charters Road, Sunningdale and the surrounding area since 20th August,2025 per Section 1.1. of the  ‘'Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead HIGHWAY SAFETY INSPECTION MANUAL (HSIM) to include:

1.1. All reports from the general public regarding potholes of any category designation;

1.2. All records of telephoned ‘emergency’ calls made by the general public, statutory authority person or any other person regarding potholes;

1.3. The date of their ’safety’ inspection;

1.4. The date of their rectification.
