I am making a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
This request concerns highway gritting operations in Sunningdale on the night of 6 January (and early morning of 7 January).
Please provide the following information:
- Confirmation of whether any gritting operations were carried out in or around Sunningdale during this period.
- If gritting took place –
a. The list of roads in Sunningdale that were treated.
b. The criteria or policy used to determine which roads in the area were prioritised for gritting on that date.
c. Copies of any records held that show gritting activity for the area and date in question such as -
Gritting route schedules or route maps, and/or
Vehicle tracking, GPS logs, or operational reports confirming where gritting vehicles operated.
I am only seeking information already held by the council. If any part of the request is refused, please specify the exemption relied upon.
