FOI002573 EIR Planning

Thank you for your previous response to my EIR request (FOI002189). The information was withheld under Regulation 12(5)(b) due to a live enforcement investigation.
As the enforcement case is no longer active, the grounds for applying this exemption no longer apply. I therefore request that the withheld information is now disclosed, covering the period from January 2023 to the present, for:
•    The Court, SL5 9FG
•    Mansion, SL5 9QZ
•    The Garden House, SL5 9GE
We have waited for the investigation to conclude and would appreciate the information being released without further delay.
