I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:
• How many traffic lights are there in your local authority as of 9th January 2026?
• How many of these traffic lights have fixed traffic light cameras (also known as red light cameras) as of 9th January 2026?
• How many cases of cars going through red lights were recorded by the cameras on the traffic lights in your local authority in each calendar year for the following years: 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025
• The location of the traffic light in your local authority which recorded the most cases of cars going through red lights in 2025, as well as the total number of cases at this location.
