3, Decommissions: How many drinking fountains have been deactivated or turned off permanently in the last 3 financial years (2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25)?
4, Maintenance Spend: What was the total spend on maintenance and repair of these fountains in the last full financial year (2024/25)?
5, Increase Policies: Does the Council have a specific policy or target to increase access to free drinking water to reduce single-use plastic waste?
6, Locations: Please provide a list of the specific locations of all functional public drinking fountains maintained by the Council.
