Could you please let me know the number of residential properties recorded as empty or unoccupied within the borough of Maidenhead for each of the last five complete financial years.
Of these empty properties, how many are classified as:
a) empty for more than 6 months
b) empty for more than 12 months
For residential properties completed within the last five financial years:
a) The total number of new dwellings completed per year
b) The number of those dwellings recorded as empty or unoccupied at the end of each corresponding year
Where data is held, a breakdown of empty or unoccupied dwellings by property type:
Flats / apartments
Houses
Where data is held, a breakdown of empty or unoccupied dwellings by tenure:
Private ownership
Housing association / registered provider
Council-owned
