Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please could you kindly provide the standard fee rates you pay for older people's care home placements (not working-age adults) for the past three years (2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26).

I'd be grateful if you could provide the various fees for the following:

· Residential (older people)
· Residential dementia (older people)
· Nursing (older people)
· Nursing dementia (older people)

Dataset Request:
Please could you kindly supply one row per year, per category, using the attached spreadsheet with the following columns:
·  financial_year (e.g. 2023/24, 2024/25, or 2025/26)
·  effective_from_date
·  care_category (e.g. Residential (older people), Residential dementia (older people) etc)
·  weekly_rate_gbp
·  fnc_included
