I request to view all correspondence (including but not limited to emails and records of telephone and/or Teams/Zoom or similar conversations and meeting minutes), of RBWM Officers and Councillors where discussions relating to and/or involving the companies Maidenhead Crematorium Ltd and Elegy Ltd, and its officers, employees, consultants, advisers and/or other representatives, took place.
This includes any proposals, pre-application processes (including pre-application advice), and general discussions about Crematorium construction within the RBWM boundaries, especially those inside the Parish of Cookham and relating to applications 25/03313/FULL and 24/02904/FULL .
This request is for disclosure of any such documents additional to those disclosed in response to the previous Freedom of Information request reference EIR196501-498670.
