FOI002509 FOI Trading Standards and Licensing

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for the following information:

Details of motor vehicles registered for public hire (i.e., Chauffeur, Taxi, Private Hire, Hackney Carriage) that are registered to, operated by a company, or licensed operator and were either issued a new or renewal licence during the period from 27th October 2025 to 23rd December 2025.

Specifically, I am requesting the following information for these vehicles:

•    Vehicle Registration Number
•    Manufacturer (Make)
•    Model
•    Licence Issue Date
•    Licence Expiry Date

I would appreciate it if this information could be provided in an Excel spreadsheet format.

Clarification provided 09/01/2026

I would like to clarify that we are requesting for vehicles that are registered to and operated by a company or a licenced operator.
