The recent change of School Road Sunninghill to a one-way street and associated changes to signage, yellow lines and traffic management in Sunninghill High Street and Queen’s Road.
I am writing to make a formal freedom of information request regarding the recent changes to traffic in and around School Road Sunninghill.
I require to know:
1) Who called for the public consultation that led to the changes being made? Specifically, was the request made by
A) Local borough councillor Sally Coneron?
B) Local borough councillor Asghar Majeed?
C) Local borough councillor Julian Sharpe?
2) Was the request for a consultation made by the Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council as a group or by members of the council; if individual councillors, please name them.
3) Was the request for a consultation made by a combination of the borough and parish councillors? If individual councillors from these bodies made the request for the consultation, please name them.
4) Was the request made or supported by the headteacher at St Michael’s School, the school governors, or parents?
5) How much has the scheme cost to date and from what budgets will this be met or how will it be funded? Please give an accurate estimate of costs to date.
6) Will there be further additions to the scheme (ie, further direction changes, enforcement cameras, additional traffic warden patrols), how much will they cost, including on an on-going basis if applicable, and from which budgets will they be funded or how will they be funded?
7) How will the success of the changes be measured, over what time scale and against what metrics? When will information about this be available to the public?
