Under the Freedom of Information Act, I kindly request information regarding your fund’s private equity investments. Specifically, I would appreciate the following, to the extent available:

1.    Details of the most recent AGM for each private equity fund or vehicle, including the fund name, AGM title, date, and agenda.

2.    Names and represented institutions of Advisory Board or LPAC committee members.

3.    Disclosure of any publicly listed portfolio companies held within your private equity vehicles.

4.    Any ESG-related issues, investigations, regulatory actions, or reputational concerns involving fund managers.

5.    Information on which managers in your portfolio are currently fundraising or planning successor vehicles.
