[...] under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 - copies of all correspondence or advice in any form relating to the production and execution of this AL13 Statement of Common Ground (PS/061) whether held by RBWM (qua council, RBWM (qua LPA) or the wholly owned RBWM Property Company.
Obviously, we do not know in advance what information you may hold, but anticipate this should include at a minimum:
(a) all external emails/records between RBWM/PropCo/LPA and the named third parties regarding the production of, and agreement to, the SOCG.
(b) all internal emails between RBWM (qua council), RBWM (qua LPA), and its own PropCo relating to the SOCG.
(c) all records/minutes/recordings of any meetings convened to reach the SOCG consensus (virtual or physical),
(d) all documents supporting the decision by RBWM (in any of its forms) to enter into the SOCG arrangement,
(e) the OQicer Decision Notice authorising the signing of the SOCG under Regulation 7 of the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014.
(f) all communications with the Planning Inspectorate about this specific SOCG.
