Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the following information please:
1. The budget for residential treatment rehab/treatment (excluding detox) for drug and or alcohol use for the years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
2. The actual spend for residential treatment rehab/treatment (excluding detox) for drug and or alcohol use for the years 2022-2023, 2023-2024.
3. Does the commissioner retain the control of the budget for Residential Rehab treatment, or do they pass this control to the community provider?
