Specifically, I would like to obtain Annual General Meeting (AGM) details for the private equity funds or partnerships in which your organization has invested.
Please provide, for each relevant investment during the most recent financial year:
• The name of the private equity fund or vehicle,
• The title, date and agenda of the most recent AGM
If providing information for each individual investment is not possible, please instead share details of the most recent or upcoming AGMs that your organization has attended or plans to attend in connection with its private equity holdings.
