1.    A list of the RBWM ward councillors that were requested  to  consult on the 2021-26   RBWM  Licensing Statement  before or during the 2025 Licensing Statement consultation  of May /Jun 2025  (with the  view to creating the new 5 year statement  2026-30) ,the public consultation closed 17th June 2025.
2.    What date(s) were the councillors informed of the consultation request.
3.    A copy of the mail and data pack sent as the request for consultation to the ward councillors .
4.    A copy of any ward councillor consultation response.
