Can you please provide the following information:
For each external borough that places people to live in Windsor & Maidenhead, the name of the borough and the number of adults and children (under 19s) placed in RBWM, per year, since 2020.
You should have this information as the Housing Act 1996, Section 208(2) states that the placing authority “shall give notice to the local housing authority in whose district the accommodation is situated.” Notification should have been provided. Further, Local Government Association guidance on out-of-area placements recommends liaison between the placing and receiving authority.
