• Gross management fees paid — the full amount the plan was obligated to pay, prior to any offsets, waivers, or rebates
• Waived or offset fees — including any fee reductions, rebates, or offsets related to fund expenses (e.g., transaction fees, monitoring fees, organization costs)
• If only net management fees paid are available, please indicate clearly that the amount reflects a net figure
• The source of the fee data, if available (e.g., GP capital statement, internal accounting system, fee transparency report)
