Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting information about the operation of the traffic signals at the following location: 
Location: Rail Bridge on Welley Road , Wraysbury B376 
Date and Time Period: Between 16:00 and 17:30 on 6 July 2025 
Please provide: 
•    1. A timestamped record/event log(controller/MOVA/SCOOT/UTC log) showing the actual operation of each signal phase during the above period. This should include each signal change event (e.g., red, amber, green) and its exact time. 
•    2. The signal phasing and cycle sequence programmed to operate at this junction on that date. 
•    3. Any fault, maintenance, or inspection reports for the signals within seven days before or after 6 July 2025. 
•    4. Confirmation of whether the signals were operating under fixed-time, vehicle-actuated, or adaptive/UTC (SCOOT or MOVA) control at that time.
