I am making a Freedom of Information request.
For each home purchased by the council since 1/1/2020, which was previously sold by the council under Right to Buy, please could you tell me:
• Address
• RtB sale date
• RtB sale price (post-discount)
• Date of repurchase
• Price of repurchase
• Whether the property was purchased by the council from the original RtB purchaser (ie using the council’s right of first refusal it holds for 10 years after RtB sale)
Beyond this, if you are able to provide information for each property on: pre-discount valuation, how much of the sale price was retained by the council, and (if the property was repurchased within five years) how much of the discount was reclaimed vs how much was eligible to be reclaimed.
Then that would be fantastic – as I believe it may be information which comes up while compiling the response – but if it means you are not able to answer the request within the time and cost limits, then I am more than happy with the originally requested data.
If my initial request takes you beyond the time and cost constraints specified by the act, then please narrow it down to homes sold under RtB since 1/1/2014.
