Before Demolition: The date the structure was officially closed (December 2022) up to the commencement of demolition (January 2024).
During Demolition: The period between the commencement of demolition (January 2024) and the completion of the main demolition works (mid-2024).
Immediately After Demolition: The owner of the freehold interest of the cleared site upon final completion of the demolition contract works and clearance, including the date that ownership (if any) was legally transferred to any third party (such as Denhead SARL/Areli).
2. Demolition Contract Parties
Please provide the following documentation and information related to the demolition contract:
The name of the demolition company awarded the Principal Contractor role for the demolition of the Broadway Multi-Storey Car Park.
