1. A list of all residential properties that have been unoccupied and unfurnished for more than six months, as recorded for Council Tax purposes.
o Please include, where possible:
The full property address (including postcode)
The date each property became vacant
Whether the property is subject to a Council Tax premium for long-term empties
2. A separate list of all council-owned or housing-association-managed properties that are currently vacant (“voids”), including:
o Property address (or at least street name and postcode sector, if full address cannot be disclosed)
o The length of time each property has been vacant
o The reason for vacancy (e.g., pending repair, under offer, awaiting sale, etc.)
If possible, please provide the data in a machine-readable format such as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv).
