Here, "meat" refers to the flesh of dead terrestrial animals and fish.

(1) Does the council currently provide non-stun slaughtered meat to schools? yes/no

(2) Does the council currently provide non-stun slaughtered meat to hospitals? yes/no

(3) Does the council currently provide non-stun slaughtered meat in any other canteens for which the council has responsibility? yes/no

(4) What proportion of meat that the council provides in the totality of its public contracts is non-stunned? ....%

(5) What proportion of meat that the council provides to schools is non-stunned? ....%

(6) What proportion of meat that the council provides in the  totality of its public contracts is compliant with any halal or kosher certification scheme? ....%

(7) With which halal certification scheme(s) is the meat that you provide across your public contracts compliant? (e.g., Halal Monitoring Committee)
