On Altwood Road, outside Altwood School there are parking enforcement cameras. Please provide me with the following:
1. Cost of the original installation, with VAT separated out
2. The annual cost of maintaining the cameras (you can use 2024 as an example), with VAT separated out
3. A description of how they are used to enforce parking restrictions - for example:
3.1 They are ANPR cameras that automatically raise tickets
3.2 Their output is monitored by a human, who will issue tickets upon observing a violation
3.3 Tickets are issued retroactively after a complaint is raised
3.3.1 If 3.3 applies please confirm how residents were advised that they need to report this for it to be effective.
3.4 Other
4. How many parking tickets were issued in 2024 and 2025 (to date) as a direct result of the cameras recording a parking violation (not by the presence of a parking enforcement officer)
4.1 How many of these issued tickets were paid, how many were challenged and how many of those challenges were successful in the above time period.
5. Whether or not the cameras are able to enforce parking restrictions on the double yellow lines in Timbers Walk where it meets Altwood Road, opposite the cameras.
