Request

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from the Highways/Car Parking/Projects departments.

1.    I was informed [...] that  Vicus Way was to replace Stafferton Way, which is in the immediate vicinity, and that Stafferton Way CP was then to be demolished and capacity transferred to Vicus Way. This was prevented when it was discovered there was a lease to GWR and for some considerable period, and this prevented its demolition.  Can you supply the due digligance, analysis and enquries that were carried out to ascertain that Stafferton way could in fact be demolished. Please supply any meetings, planning notes etc regarding what the council knew, if anything of the existence of the sublease to GWR?
2.    If the GWR lease does in fact exist, will this sublease to GWR prevent it being demolished and if so for how long
3.    There was concern that the Vicus way site would be underused but this was dismissed (see reference document 1).  On what evidence or analysis did Cllr Haseler make that  confident statement? Please supply the evidence he used.
4.    What has been the current uptake in use of the Vicus way car park?.  Please supply this as the average usage per day as a percentage of the car park spaces from the year 2022 or its opening to the latest available date for which data can be collected.  e.g. 50 cars a day from 500 spaces = 10%. I would like it broken down into one figure for weekdays, one for weekends.
5.    Based on predicted income revenue from Vicus Way, please state if it is recouping its costs on schedule, and if so when it is predicted to pay off the capital expenditure , or if not, what losses it is making on these expected revenues?

Please provide the information in the form electronic word or PDF documents or spreadsheets
