How many of these S147 applications have been granted in each of the past 6 years (2019-2024 inclusive)

Do you allow self-closing mechanisms on gates on your network?

In each year for the past 6 years (2019 to 2024 inclusive) how many applications for a gate with a self-closing mechanism were

a) applied for b) approved and c) refused or not otherwise actioned

Do you have a separate policy on S147 authorisations and self-closing mechanisms. If so, please provide a copy of these.
