Follow up of FOI002087

Please let me know the name and contact details for the contractor who holds your "conservation grass cut & collect contract" so I can ask them for the cost of the culverting.

Is this a new contract ? I notice this year the grass was just cut and quickly taken away whereas in 2023/24 it was wrapped in black shrink film bales and left for months before it was removed.
