FOI002196 FOI Parking and Enforcement

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information from the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead for each of the most recent three financial years (2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024):
1.    How many complaints the council has received concerning the RingGo parking app in each of those years.
2.    How many of those complaints involved an overpayment arising from not stopping the parking session via the app.
3.    How much money RBWM has collected in revenue via RingGo.
4.    How much money the council has refunded (in total £) in each of those years in relation to those complaints or errors involving RingGo.
