Please find my FOI requests below.

1) All 2023, 2024 and 2025 emails, and any internal correspondence, from [officer name] and [redacted]@rbwm.gov.uk regarding all planning applications, and any breaches found, for the plot "Trinity Yard, Windsor".

This should include, but not limited to 25/00460/OUT, 23/01516/FULL, 21/03376/FULL.

It should be noted that few applications on this plot use the postcode. Please include separate searches for SL4 3BX, "Trinity Yard", 59 St Leonards Rd and 59a St Leonards Rd (including repeat checks for St Leonard's Rd).

2) All 2023, 2024 and 2025 emails, and any internal correspondence, from [redacted] and [redacted]@rbwm.gov.uk to Sorbon Estates or their representatives (any @sorbonestates.com email address or any written correspondence to those acting on their behalf).

3) All 2023, 2024 and 2025 emails, and any internal correspondence, from or to [redacted] and [redacted]@rbwm.gov.uk that includes the surname "Shanly" or "Shanley".

4) All 2023, 2024 and 2025 emails, and any internal correspondence, from or to [redacted] and [redacted]@rbwm.gov.uk that includes the surname "Juby".
