Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting disclosure of all information held by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead concerning the authorisation, instruction, or approval of taxis to park or wait on Ludlow road, Maidenhead (the cul-de-sac near Maidenhead Station).
Specifically, I request copies of:
1.    Any decisions, authorisations, or instructions made by the Council (including Parking Services, Highways, or Licensing) permitting or directing taxis to use Ludlow road as a waiting area, rank, or overflow facility.
2.    Any Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs), traffic management orders, or formal notices relating to parking restrictions or taxi waiting on this street.
3.    Correspondence (emails, letters, meeting minutes, or internal memos) between council officers, councillors, or external bodies (e.g. taxi associations, individual tax drivers-in their professional capacities, Thames Valley Police) discussing the use of Ludlow road by taxis.
4.    Any risk assessments, impact assessments, or consultation documents carried out before authorising taxis to use this location.
5.    Complaints and responses logged by the Council relating to taxi parking, driver behaviour, or resident objections regarding this street over the past 15 years.
