I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (or Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, as applicable).

Please provide the following information regarding your local authority’s social care services:

1. The name of the case management system(s) currently used for:

• Children’s social care

• Adult social care

2. The supplier/vendor of each system.

3. The contract start and end dates for each system.

4. Any known plans to procure or replace these systems within the next 24 months.

If different systems are used across departments or services, please specify accordingly.
